General Description
The Commercial Excellence Manager acts as a bridge between strategic initiatives and operational execution within the commercial organization. The ideal candidate, preferably with a consultancy background, is capable of translating complex strategic issues into clear analyses, concrete projects, and successful implementations. This role requires close collaboration and maintaining relationships with teams across various countries. Additionally, the commercial excellence manager is responsible for streamlining strategic and operational processes and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
